Is it true that Brown people (whether they are Latino or Middle Eastern) worship White people?

I think the word "worship" is a bit strong. It's more likely that in places like Latin America, where so many people live in poverty, if a young woman sees a white man who is obviously not from there, she might assume he is American and rich, and therefore a good catch. I have always noticed, though, that the "exotic foreigner" tends to be exceedingly popular wherever he or she goes because of simple curiosity.
