Can we tell if a newborn baby has a sort of trisomy from his looks?

A friend's mom gave birth a to a newborn baby girl! i haven't seen the baby live , but i saw some pictures posted online! i dunn but from the looks of this baby it kind of resembles a person with trisomy or something! This sounds super mean i know! but her mother is quite old to have a baby and the risks are high! and im really suspicious about it and i don't dare to ask because its quite rude!!
